FAQS

SIZING DETAILS

The size of each polymer clay piece may vary depending on the design, however, they are usually no bigger than 8cm's. Sizes will be specified on each listing.

GIFT WRAPPING AND BOXING

Gift wrapping can be provided with white acid-free tissue paper, brown twine and labelling, but we currently do not provide gift boxing.

PACKAGING

All orders will be wrapped in eco-friendly, biodegradable bubble wrap, pillowed with shredded kraft paper and acid-free tissue paper. They are then packed in a recyclable cardboard box to ensure they are protected during transit.

A Tiny Crafter tries to be as eco-friendly as possible on her end, so please do recycle and re-use your packaging where possible.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

A Tiny Crafter may be able to customise your order, depending on what you are requesting. Please message with any questions regarding this.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please make sure you handle your polymer clay pieces with care as they are fragile.

You can clean them with a clean, damp (not wet) cloth and buff them gently.

Storing them in a cool, dry area is best for your items, to prevent temperature caused breakages.

They are not suitable for children or pets, so please keep them out of reach.

A Tiny Crafter is not responsible for any issues that may occur due to how they are stored.

DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS?

A Tiny Crafter does offer commissions occasionally. There is a specific page to submit your request in the side panel of the website.

WHY IS THERE A MARK ON MY ITEM?

In some cases, there may be very small fibres or marks on your piece, but please don't be alarmed.

A Tiny Crafter makes sure that her workspace is as tidy as possible, as well as being careful with sharp tools. However, due to the handmade nature of these items, some marks may not be able to be fixed or avoided, despite vigorous cleaning.

Items that have obvious marks, will usually be discounted in the shop and labelled as 'B Grade'.
