Returns
A Tiny Crafter accepts returns as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. If the item is not in its original condition when returned, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or items are incorrect/missing, please use the contact form to discuss the appropriate next steps.
Refunds may not be requested if the item doesn't reach you for a specific date. Specific dates include, but not restricted to; Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings etc. A Tiny Crafter is not responsible for any unexpected delays with shipping.
Refunds may not be requested if you provided an invalid shipping address, name and/or didn't claim your order, in turn, the item is returned to sender. If you would like your item re-sent, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
If your package is lost or hasn't arrived, please do contact your local postal service first, as well as messaging A Tiny Crafter. Compensation claims can only be requested as 'lost post' 10 days after Royal Mail's estimated delivery date.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom or personalised orders.
Perishable products.
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
Sale items.
